How your information is used

What we collect

• Your name, email and mobile number (from the enquiry form).
• The requirement you describe in the form.
• Basic technical context automatically captured with your submission: page URL, referrer, device type, browser, operating system, language, IP address and any UTM parameters. This helps us understand which page or campaign brought you in.

Why we collect it

• To reply to your enquiry personally.
• To understand which topics and channels bring genuine enquiries.
• To detect and block spam or abuse.

Who can see it

Only the studio owner (Siddiq) can view enquiry data. It is stored in a secure database with access controlled by row-level security. It is never sold, rented or shared with third-party marketers.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records only as long as needed to respond and maintain a business relationship. If you'd like your record removed, email allsiddiqthings@gmail.com and we'll delete it.

Cookies

We use minimal, essential storage (only to remember your first-touch landing page during your session) and no third-party advertising cookies.
